SUZHOU KEZHENG ENGINEERING MANAGERMENT AND CONSULTANCY CO., LTD, a comprehensive consultancy company, supply construction supervision and consultation services, is founded at the beginning of 2002. Business scope: construction project management, whole process consultation, supervision, cost consultancy, judicial and arbitration cost appraisal, inspection and evaluation of engineering quality and safety, engineering development, house rent etc. KEZHENG owns Project management consulting enterprise pilot qualification, grade A qualification of housing construction supervision and municipal building supervision, grade B qualification of civil air-defense, grade A qualification of cost consultancy.etc.

公司現有各類專業技術人員150多人；具有高級技術職稱的37人，中級技術職稱的52人，初級技術職稱的57人；有15人入選“江蘇省建設工程招投標評標專家庫”，有2 人入選“蘇州市建設工程施工管理專家庫”；有42人具有國家注冊監理工程師資格，11人具有國家注冊造價工程師資格，5人具有國家注冊安全工程師資格，12人具有國家一級建造工程師資格；公司技術人員中專業工種齊全，有建筑學、工民建、建筑裝飾、建筑管理、工程地質、建筑材料、給排水、采暖通風、建筑電氣、自動控制、道路橋梁、工程測量等專業的人員；所有人員均為多年從事工程項目管理、建筑設計、工程監理、房地產開發管理、工程造價咨詢、施工管理的專業人員。

Among them, 15professionals has been selected in Jiangsu construction project bidding evaluation expert database, 2 of them has been selected in Suzhou construction management expert database. Company has 42 National registered supervision engineers, 11 National registered cost engineers, 5 National registered safety engineers, and 12National first-class construction engineers.
The experts cover different kinds of professionals: architecture, civil engineering, architecture decoration, construction management, engineering geology, building materials, water supply and drainage, heating and ventilation, architecture electric, automatic control, road and bridge and engineering survey. All experts are engaged in the field of project management, architecture design, construction supervision, property development management, building cost consultancy and construction management.
